- Delivery Estimates |
| MadeinItaly-e.com estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available. |

| We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. |

| - Returns |
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. |

| We at MadeinItaly-e.com review our sunglasses inventory daily. We also revise our product features accordino to manufacturers’ modifications. In case the sunglasses you ordered are not available, we will email you immediately, and you will not be charged. |
